Overview
The standard grade is built on in-house polyether macromonomers and a controlled polymerisation process. Its molecular structure can be designed around the cement you actually use, releasing strong dispersing power at 0.15%–0.30% dosage (on solids) — and it works with the great majority of ordinary Portland cements.
Technical highlights
- High water reduction: noticeably better flow at the same water/cement ratio, which makes pumping and mass pours easier.
- Low shrinkage: an optimised side chain reduces drying shrinkage and cracking risk.
- Environmentally sound: formaldehyde-free and chloride-free, meeting green building material assessment requirements.
Applications
Ready-mixed concrete, architectural (fair-faced) concrete, precast elements, pile and pipe production, and general industrial and civil construction.
