Algeria — Eastern Mining Line railway tunnels: superplasticizer & accelerator for sprayed concrete (supply + transport)

This project covers the construction of two railway tunnels on Algeria's Eastern Mining Line (Bouchegouf–Souk Ahras–Drea). Wet-mix sprayed concrete for initial tunnel support requires superplasticizer and setting accelerator, with transport to the job site included.

Context: tunnel primary lining uses large volumes of sprayed concrete, imposing clear requirements on water reduction, compatibility with cement/accelerator, alkali content of the accelerator, setting time and early strength. Suppliers with PCE-based superplasticizer and alkali-free accelerator capacity, plus on-site technical service, are more competitive.
